The issue of retention election of judges is before the Minnesota legislature. Read about former Supreme Court Justice O’Connor’s testimony. Visit the state bar association’s website to see results of a poll conducted by Justice at Stake revealing that the majority of Minnesota voters believe reform is needed in the election of judges.
